GameLink LLC operates GameLink at zerkalo-vavady.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

It covers the website, the Slot Candy game, the contact form and the Game Development request form.

3. Information you give us

When you use a form we receive the fields you fill in, such as your name, email address, company name, project details and message. Please do not send sensitive details such as passwords or payment data.

4. Information stored in your browser

We store your age-access choice in a cookie and acknowledgement of our storage notice in local storage. The age choice does not contain your name or date of birth. SLOT CANDY files may also be kept in the browser cache. Storage names and periods are described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Information we do not collect

SLOT CANDY is free to play without registration. The game does not accept deposits or purchases, so we do not request payment details for play. The age confirmation does not ask for your date of birth or an identity document.

6. How we use information

We use the information you provide to answer messages, discuss development enquiries and keep the related correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website and apply the age-access choice. Enquiry details are not used to enrol you in marketing messages.

7. Legal basis

We process your details because you asked us to contact you, because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe website, and where the law requires it, because you agreed.

8. Email delivery

We use email services to receive and respond to enquiries. All messages submitted through our Contact and Game Development forms, including privacy enquiries, are sent to soltanabdelmagid464@zerkalo-vavady.com. You can also email privacy requests directly to gamelink@mailfence.com. Retention is explained in the Retention section below.

9. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us host the site and deliver email, and with authorities when the law requires it.

10. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, continue the related project discussion and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as encrypted connections and restricted access to our mailbox. No method of transmission is completely secure.

12. Your rights

You can contact Charles Jones at gamelink@mailfence.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity using information proportionate to the request. We will review your request and explain any limitation under applicable law. Australian visitors may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about matters within its jurisdiction.

13. Children

SLOT CANDY is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a person under 18 has sent us personal information, contact our Privacy Officer at gamelink@mailfence.com so that we can investigate and remove information that should not be retained.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we handle information. Changes will be published on this page.
